About Umrah is an act of worship in Islam that is similar to Hajj in some rituals, but it differs in that it is not obligatory like Hajj, and it can be performed at any time of the year. It is called the "lesser Hajj", and is one of the great acts of worship that brings the servant closer to Allah and expiates sins. Umrah includes several pillars and rituals, which are: 1. Ihram: The intention to enter the ritual while wearing the Ihram clothes, and Umrah begins from the Miqat. 2. Tawaf: Circumambulating the Kaaba seven times. 3. Sa'i between Safa and Marwah: Sa'i seven times between the two mountains. 4. Shaving or trimming: After completing the Sa'i, the pilgrim shaves or trims his hair. Umrah is considered a confirmed Sunnah according to the majority of scholars, and there is evidence of its virtue from the Sunnah of the Prophet, as the Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: "Umrah to Umrah is expiation for what is between them" (Agreed upon).
